 Any visit to this site or one of our retail store location is subject to our privacy  policy herein. 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are  referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

When providing information at or at a Flowers  Cannabis store (hereinafter referred to our “site”, or as our “store”), we respect  your privacy. We only collect personal information when you, the customer,  provide it to us. For example, when completing an online order that requires  certain information such as your customer contact information (name, email  address, mailing address, and telephone number), delivery and billing  address, credit card number and expiration date. When you purchase a  product at any of our stores and provide your customer contact information.  When you submit your personal information to us, you are giving your consent  to us to collect, use and disclose your personal information as set forth in our  privacy policy.

Except as disclosed in this privacy policy, we will not provide your personal information to a third party without your consent. 

Definition of third party providers 

We may hire other companies and individuals to perform tasks on our behalf,  for example email service providers, web hosting companies, and fulfillment  companies (i.e. companies that help in our product distribution). Occasionally,  we may need to provide third parties with access to our customers’ personal information to help them perform their tasks. We do not authorize third parties to use such information for any other purpose.

If you choose to participate in any of our promotions, questionnaires or other  interactive activities during your visit our site or our store(s), the rules or terms  and conditions for those events may indicate that your customer personal information will be shared with third parties. You hereby consent to the  disclosure of your personal information to third parties by participating and  submitting your personal information with respect to those events.

In the event of a sale of any or all of the assets of or  Flowers Cannabis or one of our store(s) to a third party, user information,  including personal information, is often one of the transferred business assets,  and by choosing to submit your personal information to us, you are agreeing  that your data may be transferred to such parties in these circumstances.

If at any time during your visit to our site or one of our stores, you may choose  to submit personal information. The information you provide may be used by  us to deliver newsletters, surveys or other communications containing product  information and promotions. If you prefer not to receive optional  communications, you do not have to receive these optional communications.  Additionally, any time after receiving optional communications, you can  unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email  communication you receive from us and following the instructions provided.

Cookie are put on your computer’s hard drive to allow us to  recognize you as a return user and to enhance your shopping experience on  our site.
